atomdracheIt has been relatively cold here lately; yesterday morning the temperature was about -7C. One visual sign of this is that the birds outside are SO POOFY. The juncos yesterday were at least twice their summer volume.
Thus, if I look out my window and see exceedingly poofy birds, I may have a reliable indicator that it's cold out there.
